Food Truck: Don Chow Tacos
Today I hit up the Don Chow Tacos truck, which is Chinese and Mexican fusion—Kung Pao Chicken Tacos and the like.
Today I ordered the taco sampler—three tacos for $5. From left to right: Chinese BBQ Pork, Carne Asada and the Kung Pao Chicken.
Food Truck: Auntie’s Fry Bread
I’m trying to hit one or two of the local food trucks at lunch each week. Yesterday we tried Auntie’s Fry Bread, which is a Native American bread loaded with either chicken, chili or BBQ beef. I tried the beef and the chili (slider sized)—and would do both again., especially, the chili.
They also have desert versions of the bread that I’ll have to try another time.
Amen.
